4 Week Beginner General Strength
A 4-Week (5-Sessions/Week) Training Template (Excel/Sheets) for those wanting to build Strength & Muscle. This Program is designed around my own personal template that led up to my 2018 USAW Nationals Performance. This is just the General Strength Phase, and is Repeatable after taking a De-Load week after Week 4 of Program. This Program is adaptable to all skill levels and requires basic gym equipment (Dumbbells, Barbells, Pull Up Bar, Kettlebells). No Olympic Style Lifts are in this Beginner Program. Substitutions are possible if you do not have access to certain equipment like GHR or Reverse Hyper.
